Why we ask

We’re proud of our work and like to show real results. With your permission, our cleaners may take before and after photos (and occasionally short video) of the spaces we clean, for quality assurance and for marketing (website, social media, ads, Google).

What you’re consenting to

By checking the consent box, you grant Clean Proper Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to capture, store, and use images/video of the cleaned areas of your property for the purposes above, across current and future media.

Our commitments (your protection)

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure published images do not show:

• People’s faces or identifiable individuals;
• Your address, house number, or location-identifying features;
• Personal documents, screens, photos, mail, or correspondence;
• Jewellery, cash, safes, or obvious valuables;
• Children, or anything you ask us to avoid.

You may specify rooms/areas that are off-limits to photography.

Withdrawing consent

You can decline at booking, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will stop new use promptly and remove images from channels we control where reasonably practicable (note: content already shared/reposted by third parties may not be fully removable).

No obligation

Declining photo consent has no effect on your service, price, or scheduling.

Staff in photos

Where our own staff appear in photos/video, we use them only with the staff member’s separate signed release.

Records

We keep a record of your consent choice (date and source) with your booking.

Consent statement (for the booking checkbox):

“I consent to Clean Proper taking before/after photos of the cleaned areas of my home and using them for quality and marketing, subject to the protections in the Photo & Media Consent. I understand I can opt out anytime.” ☐
