Consent
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Clean Proper (e.g. quote follow-ups, scheduling, reminders, and arrival notifications). If you also opt in to promotional messages, you may receive occasional offers.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase for promotional messages.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] / 647-695-6878. We honour opt-outs promptly and keep a record.
What we send
- Transactional: booking confirmations, reminders, cleaner-on-the-way, follow-ups, quote responses.
- Promotional (only with opt-in): offers, seasonal reminders, referral/loyalty messages.
Providers
Messages are sent via our messaging provider our SMS provider and, where you choose, channels like WhatsApp/Telegram. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and our Privacy Policy.
Records
We retain the date, source, and scope of your consent with your contact record, as required by CASL.
