Wow! Prompt, through and careful. The communications from the main office are excellent. They take on jobs big and small. Very respectful of special requests. Very honest about the time spent. What started as a one time deep clean is now every 3 weeks. Thank you Oleksandra and Natalia.

We booked the Essential Plus package for our 3 bedroom semi-detached townhouse. Svitlana and Dmitro did an excellent job! They were very kind and efficient, and they made sure to move items out of the way to clean behind them. We told them our biggest concern was dust and cat fur, and they helped with clearing that :) Booking and communication was easy through text!

Communication was clear and prompt. Cleaning service was great quality for the price.

Our cleaners Anna and Maria were amazing and thorough as they deep cleaned our house. They even cleaned each individual petal on this lamp that our house came with and made our whole house spotless! Great experience with Clean Proper. I used them to clean two properties during my move, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent — they always texted in advance with confirmations and updates, so everything was clear and organized. They arrived exactly on time and did a very thorough job. I’m not someone who is very picky about cleaning details, but everything looked great to me — windows spotless, bathrooms shining, and that fresh “just cleaned” smell throughout the place. Overall, very professional and reliable service. I couldn’t find anything to complain about. Easy 5 stars from me.
