Post-renovation vs. post-construction
People use the terms interchangeably, but they’re separate services. Post-renovation is for a remodel of an existing home — a kitchen, bathroom or single-room refresh — where the main job is fine dust and detailing. Post-construction is for new builds and major construction, with heavy debris and residue on a whole-property scale. If your project was a full gut or a brand-new build, our post-construction clean is the right call.
