What post-construction cleaning covers
Also called after-construction cleaning, this is the deep clean a property needs once the trades are done. New builds and major construction leave fine drywall dust in every crevice, plus debris, sticker residue, paint specks and grout haze that a normal clean won’t touch. We work in stages — a rough clean to clear bulk debris, a detailed final clean of surfaces, fixtures, glass, cabinets and vents, and an optional touch-up right before handover — using the right equipment and finishes for brand-new materials.
Post-construction vs. post-renovation
The two get mixed up, but they’re different jobs. Post-construction is for new builds and large-scale construction, where the volume of dust and debris is heavy. Post-renovation is for a remodel of an existing home — lighter, focused on clearing fine dust and detailing the new work. If you’ve just finished a kitchen, bathroom or single-room renovation, our post-renovation clean is usually the better fit.
